Service Terms.

Scope

PracticeLuma provides business and marketing support for clinics. These terms cover the free Growth Opportunity Check and, together with the applicable checkout, invoice or signed agreement, paid PracticeLuma services. The service is intended for businesses and professional organisations.

Free Growth Opportunity Check

The free check reviews public marketing information and identifies a practical opportunity. It is an initial assessment, not a complete audit, medical advice, legal advice, regulatory advice or a promise of results. We may hold or decline a request when information is unavailable, unsafe, abusive or unsuitable for reliable review.

Paid packages

Clinic Starter is €299 per month and Clinic Growth is €599 per month. Applicable VAT, included work, billing dates, payment method and any separately quoted third-party costs are confirmed by the authoritative checkout, invoice or agreement. We do not add unconfirmed paid services or advertising spend.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate business contact information, have authority to act for the clinic and supply only information you may lawfully share. Do not submit patient data, special-category personal data, credentials or payment-card details through the Growth Opportunity Check or ordinary support email. You remain responsible for clinical statements, regulated claims, professional decisions and final approval of published material.

AI and human review

AI may organise public information, identify patterns and draft findings. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Quality gates may hold a result for human review. A draft is not automatically approved public content, outreach or a clinical claim.

No guaranteed outcomes

PracticeLuma does not guarantee enquiries, rankings, revenue, conversion rates, advertising results or other commercial outcomes. Results depend on the clinic, market, implementation, competitors, platforms and other factors outside our control.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

The applicable checkout, invoice or signed agreement controls the payment schedule, taxes, cancellation effective date, charges already due, refunds and access after cancellation. A pending, failed, refunded or cancelled payment does not count as active paid service. Request cancellation through the billing channel associated with your purchase or email hello@practiceluma.com.

Intellectual property

Each party retains its pre-existing materials, trade marks and know-how. Rights in paid deliverables and any licence limits are defined by the applicable agreement. You may use a free check for your clinic’s internal business evaluation; you may not misrepresent, resell or publish it as professional medical, legal or regulatory advice.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care in providing the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any service-specific liability terms in a signed agreement take precedence.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. Please submit only the minimum business information required.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. The parties should first try to resolve concerns in good faith by contacting hello@practiceluma.com. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear unresolved disputes.

Order of precedence and changes

A signed agreement takes precedence over these public terms, followed by the authoritative checkout or invoice, then these terms and the Client Guide. We may update these terms for future requests or renewals; the effective date above identifies the current public version.
